This three-storey apartment building with two two-roomed flats per floor, designed for officers, was built – as was the building for post office workers on Denisova Street (VP427) – by the Ministry of Public Works and financed from the proceeds of the state lottery.
The building is remarkable particular in terms of exterior. The horizontally arranged façade with a single central, vertical axis is divided into colour-contrastive bands of smoothed beige render and fair faced brick on the individual floors.
