The original two-storey home dating to 1874 was acquired in 1912 by the family of František Ulver Junior, a butcher and sausage maker. In 1929 he executed a rebuild according to the plans of Čeněk Musil. The design for the façade was resolved similarly to the other two large projects in the Purist aesthetic on Husova Avenue (nos. 65 and 77, VP65, VP77), i.e. an oriel dominates the first floor and is additionally accentuated by a rounded apron cornice projecting at the corners and a flag bracket. The entire first floor was designed as a private residence, this is signalled on the façade by a moulded window surround. The simply designed ground floor comprises entrances into two shops with glazed shopfront windows.
